After a somewhat modest return in 2022, the 2023 HANNOVER MESSE trade fair (HMI) was almost as successful as in the pre-pandemic years. Once again this year, Pepperl+Fuchs presented itself as an innovative company and impressed attendees with its hybrid booth concept.
Huge efforts have been under way at Pepperl+Fuchs in Vietnam since November 2019, all aimed at investing in the company’s future and growth with a further state-of-the-art new building. The new building has now been officially inaugurated at an impressive ceremony.
The cornerstone for a new factory building was laid at Pepperl+Fuchs in Vietnam on November 18, 2019. The state-of-the-art new building was completed on June 4 of this year, and the company moved in quickly afterward.
Pepperl+Fuchs has held an official opening ceremony to unveil its new production site in Trutnov, Czech Republic, to the wider public for the first time. The celebrations marked the formal conclusion of this building project, which commenced in 2019 to allow Pepperl+Fuchs to further strengthen its position as a market-leading producer and innovator of industrial sensors.

Polyplan-GmbH, a plant and systems engineering firm in the town of Strasslach, has been part of the Pepperl+Fuchs family since 2019. Located in a former industrial park not far from Munich,the company has focused on automated wax and foam systems for the automotive industry for years – making it truly unique.
It has been over six years since Pepperl+Fuchs began sponsoring an orphaned baby rhinoceros named Oz. Now an imposing bull, he lives at the Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary in Mpumalanga, South Africa, a reserve for orphaned rhinos. After suffering some health problems in recent months, the pachyderm is now enjoying the African summer in his new reintroduction area.
They move silently through production halls, transporting goods and materials to exactly where they are needed: auto-guided transport systems. The Pepperl+Fuchs plant in Trutnov (Czechia) has also been using driverless transport systems since the beginning of the year.
