Internal Sales Engineer
These tasks await you:
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the field sales team and the house account team.
- Contacting existing customers and new prospects to assess business potential.
- Finding new sales opportunities.
- Using a variety of sources, initially assess and prepare a prospect, with some
company research, before making a telephone call to further qualify the prospect. - Identify new opportunities.
- Progress middle value sales leads.
- Responsibility for entering all activities and assessments into the CRM system (Siebel).
- Liaising with the sales and technical teams.
- Supporting marketing activities where required.
Bring these qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Enjoy making outbound telephone calls and engaging with people in a professional and commercial conversation.
- Skilled in opening and maintaining a conversation to build rapport.
- Good computer skills
- The ability to demonstrate an interest in automation and manufacturing, with some technical bias in your academic or working life
