Technical Specialist

Role Purpose:

To upkeep production in the TPUs (Total Production Units) with no interruption.

Major Accountabilities:

• Performing tank, vessel cleaning and daily material top-up and material preparation of indirect material to the TPUs (chemical, resin, hardener, lacquer, glue, etc.)
• Placing orders of Indirect Material and chemicals from Warehouse to fill-up / replenish timely in production.
• Accountable for the Chemical Storage in Production and Waste Disposal 
• Machine + Fixture Checking centrally for all TPUs
• Cleaning of machines and fixtures 
• Perform scheduled Machine + Fixture Maintenance and update Gagetrack.
• Helping in lifting / transporting / moving activities (vessels, containers, fixtures, machines, equipment, workstations, etc.), if out of safety reason more people are required 
• Identify machine, fixture issues and improvement potentials.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering

• Have understanding of Quality, Safety

• Technical and Mechanical assembly work experience
