Technical Support Engineer

to strengthen our Technical support organization of the Process Automation Division in Europe and the Middle East (EME), working out of our Italian office in Sulbiate (MB).

As a Technical Support Engineer, you are going to:

Assist the local technical support engineers in the European sales subsidiaries (by telephone and in correspondence) with technical matters which cannot be solved with the standard available documentation. In addition, you advise on the use of our products in various applications and in connection to different automation systems. You assist customers during commissioning and Start up including trouble-shooting activities, strictly related to our equipment. You provide technical training sessions for our own employees and customers. You are always on the lookout for competitor solutions. You act as the internal liaison for a number of products between our Product Marketing department and our Technical engineers in the sales subsidiaries.

You will be working from:

Our Italian Subsidiary in Sulbiate with other Technical Support Engineers based in Italy and Germany.

Your Profile:

You are a professional with a technical engineering degree, having familiarity with Process Automation Systems and or Products and a proven work record. You are fluent in English, have good communication skills, you are a team player and willing to travel occasionally within Europe and the Middle East.
