Family friendliness as a corporate value
Pepperl+Fuchs received the award from freundin magazine at the end of October (read more here: These are the most family-friendly employers in Germany (freundin.de)) and the research institute FactField. The placement in the top ten underlines what we at Pepperl+Fuchs live every day: a working environment that not only fosters performance but also takes the personal circumstances of our colleagues into acount. For us, family friendliness means much more than just offering the option of working from home. We are convinced that this also includes understanding managers and a focus on a corporate culture that values mutual respect and support.
How the ranking was created
More than 840,000 reviews of over 33,000 companies were analyzed for the independent ranking. Employees were able to rate their employers anonymously; ratings on popular employer review platforms such as kununu were also considered. A broad data basis with a particular focus on the following categories:
- Corporate culture
- Salary and social benefits
- Work-life balance
- Career and further training opportunities
- Supervisor behavior
Only companies that were convincing in these areas and offer specific family-friendly benefits made it into the ranking.
