Human Resources Executive
- Open to local Vietnamese talents with relevant experience
- Working location in District 7, HCMC, Vietnam
Role Purpose:
The HR Executive will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, with a primary focus on Learning & Development (L&D), recruitment, and other key HR function tasks. This role involves creating a positive work culture, ensuring effective talent management, and supporting HR operations across the organization. The HR Executive will work closely with team members to enhance employee Learning & Development, Manage recruitment processes (staff and operators), and administer HR functions like payroll and employee relations.
Role Responsibilities:
I - Learning & Development (35%)
- Design & Deliver Training Programs: Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct both in-house and external training sessions as needed.
- Training Needs Assessment: Regularly assess the training needs of employees through performance reviews and surveys, identify skills gaps and recommend relevant learning opportunities.
- Training Program Design: Design engaging, effective programs tailored to employee needs using instructional design principles.
- Employee Development: Create employee development plans in coordination with managers to promote career growth and succession planning.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make improvements based on outcomes. Assess training outcomes through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Learning Resources Management: Maintain an updated library of training materials, online learning platforms, and other resources for staff.
- Learning Technology: Proficient in using LMS and digital tools (e-learning platforms, webinars) to enhance training delivery.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with department heads to align training programs with business goals and manage external vendors
II - Staff and Operator Recruitment (20%)
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Manage job postings, search for suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.), and screen applications.
- Interviews & Selection: Coordinate interview schedules, conduct interviews, and work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are properly introduced to the company culture and equipped for success.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment efforts, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media and career fairs.
III - Other HR Tasks (45%)
- Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Support in maintaining payroll records and compliance with legal regulations.
- Employee Relations: Provide support to employees on HR-related queries, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving employee concerns. Act as a liaison between employees and management for conflict resolution.
- HR Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance & Policy: Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures. Ensure that company practices align with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Training certificate is a plus
- 3 - 5 years- experience with a focus on Learning & Development, recruitment, payroll and general HR tasks.
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including training and development, recruitment processes, payroll administration, and labour laws.
- Work well in a team and results-oriented individual
