IT Administrator

• Open to local Vietnamese talents with relevant experience
• Working location in District 7, HCMC, Vietnam

Role Purpose:

Rerpoting to the IT Manager, the IT Administrator will provide day-to-day client services to our internal customers, and to first level contact and support in all IT aspects to ensure operational efficiency in the company.

Role Responsibilities:

• Answer and log all support calls into the Helpdesk System
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support (hardware, software, Internet connection) and escalate to the next level if problem cannot be resolved
• Setup and provide technical support for all computers, P+F Standard software, office and production printers and Docview stations
• Procurement and disposal of all IT related hardware and software
• Source and obtain hardware and software quotes on behalf of users
• Provide support for Windows account management and Mobile devices
• Maintain the IT Asset Management System to ensure that all assets are recorded, updated and removed when required
• Ensure daily backup completed successfully and save keeping of the backup media
• Orientation IT training for new employee and create document user guide
• Monitor Vietnam server performance and support IT SEA do maintenance for Vietnam IT equipment
• Support PIT SEA to roll-out new production application/enhancement, assists in troubleshooting and analysis, coordination between PIT and TPUs

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
• Good written and spoken English
• 2 to 4 years’ working experience in a medium size networking environment with experience in: 
  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Desktop operating system
  • MS Office and common desktop applications
  • Basic networking skill and setup of network printers
• Able to work overtime if required
• Required to be on standby duty after office hours and on weekends
• High IT affinity, especially for future work with DTP tools, content management systems and PIM systems
• CCNA and MCSE Certificates are a plus but not essential
• Ability to work in a team, coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and a strong sense of responsibility
